My name is Daniel Tomasiewicz, and this is my personal web development portfolio. I reside in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I have been interested in web development for approximately 6.5 years, ever since I started making my own offline websites in the sixth grade. This page displays some of my original work. Click on a website on the right to view detailed information about my role in its development.
My roles: Designer, Developer, Programmer
CD Awards is a business at which my mother works. I started to design the CD Awards website a few years ago, when I was still learning the basics of web development. It was probably too big of a task to have taken on at that time, and I ended up redoing it several times.
I didn't actually complete the whole thing until early 2005. This first development project allowed me to learn about the web at a much faster rate than I normally would have, and at a young age.
My roles: Designer, Developer, Programmer
This is the website for my town's 125th anniversary celebration, to take place in summer of 2007. It is a place to purchase souvenirs and get information about the celebration, as well as a place for families to submit their information for the town and RM's history book.
I volunteered to design and develop this website, meaning I did not receive payment for it.
NOTE: This website is a sub-site of TownOfCarberry.ca, which I did not create.
My roles: Designer, Developer, Programmer, Author
This is my personal homepage. I started to develop it several years ago, and it gets redesigned quite frequently.
It's really just a place to house all of my web development projects and put links to other places I develop and maintain.
